Is there a fee to activate my license?

No, activation fee will not be charged if your Proceq sensor is eligible for a license.

How do I know if my Proceq sensor is eligible to claim for an Inspect license?

You will be eligible if you purchased your Proceq sensor

from the APAC region (excludes CN, KR, and JP); and
after 01 July 2025; and
is one of the following sensors
- GP8000 Lite
- GP8000
- GP8800
- GP8100
- PD8050
- PM8000 Lite
- PM8000
- PM8000 Pro
- PM8500
- OS8000
- OS8200

How many licenses do I get?

Each Proceq sensor comes with one license. One sensor = one license.

When will my license expire?

The license is valid for the lifetime of your sensor. Once the sensor expires, your access to Eagle Inspect will end.

How long does activation take after I submit the form?

You will receive your Eagle Inspect activation key via email within 1 business day of submitting your request.

What happens to my data if I switch my plan?

All your existing data, including assets, spots, and 2D/3D views, will remain in your account.

But if your new plan has lower limits and you have already exceeded them, you will not be able to add anything new.

Please note: Deleting or archiving items won’t return your usage count.
